Over the years I have spent a lot of time and energy working on all of Wandle’s apps. That’s why when I hear that someone is having difficulties making it work I kind of take it personally.
To the best of my knowledge, I have replied to every single support query that I have received. And I don’t make it difficult for you to contact me. There’s a big “contact me” form both below and on the home page. There is a button in the “About” page of all our apps that send me a message. And there’s a “Help” button in the dialogs in the app where people most frequently come across problems.
Apple also allows you to leave feedback in the App Store. Please, please, please do not use this method to tell me that you found a bug or have a problem syncing. If you write a review, I have no way to respond. There’s nothing more frustrating that wanting to help but not being able to do so.
